Benefits of Women in Education.

We often talk about the problems and struggles for girls in education, it is important that we also talk about the results and benefits of it. There are many reasons that girls need to be sent to school starting with creating healthier families. Educated woman are more aware of health and protected sex but can also pass it down to their kids. They can also pass down the knowledge and influence of women in education. It is more likely for the children of educated women to go to school than women who do not. Getting girls to school also helps with the child marriage issue, like the "Global Partnership for Education" states "If all girls had secondary education in sub-Saharan Africa and south ans west Asia, child marriage would fall by 64%, from almost 2.9 to just over 1 million." This is an important issue that sending girls to school can improve.
Another important cause that results from educated women is more women leaders. It is important to have more women leaders from more female leaders to more women in politics. Many girls are deeply influenced by female teachers and when they do not see any female teachers they get highly dis-encouraged to just not go to school. Girls feel safer when there are more female teachers because they are less likely to get harassed rather than with a male teacher. Another result of educated women that affects the whole world is more women in politics. This would give women the rights that they deserve. There are men that want to make decisions for women that effect them like abortions and healthcare when they do not know and cannot know what being a woman is and what they need. Having women in office can help us with more resources and rights that we are missing.
There are so many reasons why women should revive an education that would only improve the world we live in as well as the generalization in women. Little by little we will make change and hopefully get to the day where everyone can receive an education without any struggles or obstacles.
